Boston Operatic Society is based in the town of Boston in Lincolnshire, England. Founded in 1964, we have gained an enviable reputation for the high quality musical productions which we stage twice yearly at Blackfriars Arts Centre, Spain Lane, Boston. All productions are entirely produced, cast and staged using local people, and we are always keen to meet anyone who would like to become involved with us, whether backstage or treading the boards.

Our 2007 productions were successful at the NODA awards - West Side Story was "Highly Commended" and Fiddler on the Roof was judged the "Best Musical in Area 5 (Lincolnshire NODA region)" in 2007.

Our November show this year will be 'Pickwick' the musical.

Auditions are on Sunday 18th July at Blackfriars and audition material is available from Blackfriars now.
